Santa Rosa Beach House Tour
Santa Rosa Beach House: Beautiful beach house found in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida in the coveted 30a corridor. Take a look at this exquisitely designed coastal home by Geoff Chick & Associates, known for their excellent work in interiors.
Gorgeous seaside living room filled with beach tones. Coastal-themed living room without going over the top. Turquoise throws blanket with printed pillows. The coral lamps are certainly unique and fantastic addition to the coastal living room. Pretty cool for Santa Rosa beach 30a.
Lots of beach kitchen decor ideas. (MORE COASTAL KITCHENS) The countertop chairs with curved arms are fab here. The light gray cabinets and the white shiplap walls are fitting here..and how about the bar countertop. Is it granite? I’ve never seen a countertop quite so “chunky” but I like them. Of course I swoon over the windows. My favorite house I lived in had three kitchen windows that wrapped a corner.
Quartzite countertops and Rohl faucet in the kitchen. Here you get a good look at the triple windows with transoms above for added light. Like the subtle two light wall sconces.

This coastal dining area is an inspiration here. Starting with the Spring Island Basket versatile chandelier, the wooden dining table, and to the white skirted dining chairs, sophistication meets comfort. (MORE DINING ROOMS)
Very spacious hallway found, I believe, at the second floor of the main beach house. Those rustic wood beam ceilings gives that coastal touch! We (or at least I) rarely spend the extra money on ceilings but you can see here, it really does add a lot to the room.
FUN BEACH POSTS!
This is one of the most interesting coastal bedroom to date. Where to even begin? White shiplap walls and ceiling with wooden beams. Notice how the bed area has an alcove that seperates it from the bedroom sitting area? I like to divine space with the ceiling which they’ve done here. This home builder (or home designer) has my heart with the abundance of windows. Quite the glamorous beach bedroom.
Beach bathroom in Santa Rosa beach 30a: Light gray vanity and rectangular shaped mirrors for the master bathroom. Modern color elements with fully tiled walls. Looks like a standing soaking tub peeking out from the left.
Beach bedroom: Triple gourd table lamp, and planter for the side table found in this appealing guest bedroom. Added with that contemporary print on canvas bringing life to that wall, this coastal guest bedroom is full of awesome ideas for people like me who constantly look for great interior coastal designs.
This beach bedroom sheds a whole new look to the “bunk room.” Forget the bunks, and build in awesome twin beds lined up in a row. Notice the drawers under each bed for handy storage. Fun sea horse print along with a jelly fish print. Oh! Just noticed the octopus print. Check out these canvas wall prints of octopus, sea horse and turtle!
Oh, did I mention that this Santa Rosa beach house has a guest house beside it? Indeed! Inside, there’s this cute beachy living room with turquoise throws on cozy-looking couch, wicker chairs, and that classy 3-light drum chandelier.

This beach kitchen may be small but it has everything necessary to create a yummy summer meal. White country style range hood, cleverly placed floating shelves, and brass sconces for this adorable guest beach house kitchen. I especially like the glossy white tile.
Here’s the guest beach house bedroom with that upholstered bench and coastal-inspired bed setting. It’s surely bright in here, too! I also love the sliding barn door concept for this bedroom.
What a lovely porch right here! This is located in the main house, I believe. My favorite is the white and turquoise porch swing made for total relaxation. The seating arrangement invites lazy conversations for this Santa Rosa beach 30a.
