What a “happy” coastal living room! Cheerfully printed couches on one side and a traditional looking sofa on the other. Looks good in this sizeable living area. The natural area rug (comes in every size on the planet!) is perfect for a beach living room. Or maybe you prefer a round jute rug (AMZ links)

Here’s a view of the kitchen featuring that kitchen sink and marble countertop. On the other side would be the breakfast bar with the same countertop. I had to show you this because the collection of glasses and other coastal decor is so festive.

This beach house has two master bedrooms and here is one of them. Rustic wood fish art above the headboard and a touch of beach with the teal and lime green throw pillows. Coastal style wicker headboard to complete the coastal theme in this lovely master bedroom.

Here’s the other one with the same coastal rattan headboard that I really like. Love the starfish shaped pillow that is really the only coastal decor, per-se. And yet you get a coastal bedroom feel from all the elements combined. The thick white drapes are perfect for the bedroom’s privacy.

Here’s another bedroom in this lovely Santa Rosa Beach house. I absolutely love when a house design squeezes extra living space from a potentially “dead” space. Cozy queen bed with trundle suitable for kids or relatives visiting.

This is the screened-in patio with that fireplace and living area. Hubby and I are putting in a screen porch in the house I’m designing for us right now. Blue and printed area rug. Wooden ceiling and wooden floors here.

Aaaannnnd here’s an aerial view of the community pool. It looks awesome, right? It’s huge and perfect for getaways and just hanging out.
