Dover Shores Newport Beach Home Tour

Living in a family-oriented neighborhood calls for a family-oriented designed home. Brandon Architects did a wonderful job with this lovely home located in Dover Shores, Newport Beach, California.

The entryway looks well-lit because of the white painted walls and door. The wooden flooring looks amazing here. The entryway bench looks humble but classy here.  

The living room looks cozy, no? Love the white painted walls and neutral elements all around. The wooden center table pairs well with the area rug underneath it.

Woven kitchen island stools featured in this kitchen shot. This pairs well with the rattan pendant hanging above the marble countertop. (MORE COASTAL KITCHENS)

The black and white concept here pairs well with the wooden flooring. White brick backsplash in this kitchen, which makes the whole kitchen look cleaner and actually, bright. Love the stainless steel dual range here. 

Such a nice scene here. Banquettes are awesome in general – not because it gives the opportunity for additional storage but also, it’s a nice nook to just have your breakfast, lunch, or dinner. 

Here’s the main bedroom of this ‘Pennsylvania Dutch’ inspired home. In here, a large black canopy bed is featured along with the dark woven hanging pendant. Love the wooden nightstands, which match well with the wooden flooring. (BEACH THEMED BEDROOMS)

And here we are – the main bathroom. White and gray tiles – a perfect choice for the theme of this bathroom. Gray marble shower is also looking great here. 

Can you believe that this is a kid’s room? Sooooo cool! The vintage coliseum art prints pair well with the dark olive green painted wall behind the set.  I am also love the area rug here.

What a delightful bathroom space. The patterned wallpaper matches the vibe coming from the tiles. 

A lot of happy and light pink in here. Love this bedroom featuring this pink bedframe… and love the pink work all around. The Serena and Lily Capiz chandelier here adds more style to this lovely room. 

An ensuite bath with a custom-made pink vanity. Super cute, omg! The arched wall mirror looks adorable in here. Not entirely sure where the mirror came from but found one on Amazon – if you’d like to look! 

Gray and white accents all around this cute room for boys. Love the gray and white wallpaper around the room. The wooden flooring pairs well with the white and gray area bedroom area rug here. 

Here’s an all-in-one type of guest room where you’ll find a bunk bed for kids on top and an adult-sized bed under it. 

Here’s a nice mini office found in this Dover Shores home. Notice the wallpaper? Totally adorbs! It actually makes the space more enticing. I would like to set up laptop there and start working. 😅

And now, we ‘set foot’ in the house’s backyard area. I can see myself spending a lot of late summer afternoons here. How about you? Serena and Lily dining chairs and lighting pendants are featured here. 

And here are some teak dual loungers with, wait for it, wheels! You can’t just see them on this shot – but they have wheels. 

Overall, this Pennsylvania-Dutch-inspired home should give you a lot of awesome and practical decor ideas. This pool side shot just looks perfect.
