Super nice to have a bathroom this hugeeeeee! Love the ridge details on the cabinetry. We should be taking notes!

The kitchen and dining area opens to this outdoor seating with steel and wood trellises – Costa Mesa weather can be really warm!

And here’s the outdoor dining / patio with that long wooden dining table surrounded by all-weather wicker chairs. 

An outdoor kitchen bar for outdoor parties! How awesome and certainly one to have if you have the space for it. 

Here’s the pool area and you’ll also see the outdoor kitchen bar here. Super perfect for relaxing and of course, when you’re entertaining guests, and for parties.
