a Luxury Santa Rosa Beach home
Luxury Santa Rosa Beach House: Here’s another beach house tour from the wonderful and lovely Watercolor Community in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. This one has 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Luxury beach house for in-depth beach decor ideas. Don’t miss the casita / carriage house at the bottom of this post.
Coastal living room meets modern farmhouse with the brick fireplace and the fancy chandelier. I like the neutral tones for the sofa and throws. Wooden ceiling gives that rustic and coastal touch. The wooden ‘EAT’ word is a nice touch given that it’s an open dining / kitchen / living area concept.
WHAT is not to love about this coastal dining room?! Probably my two fave features are the three-sides windows, and the floors. I love the white washed wood floors. I also like the combination of chairs and bench seating. The benches give opportunity to squeeze one more guest in for a delightful meal.
I’ve heard of breakfast bars on wheels but this one makes sense. Kitchen prep table on wheels is practical. Love the white on wooden tones going on in this kitchen area.
One of the bedroom has that nice looking wooden headboard on white painted wooden frame. Those silver bedside lamps combines with the neutrals in this room.
Never miss a Beach House Tour!
Delivered to you each Saturday morning.
Love the metal fish decor above the window in this coastal bathroom. Simple and coastal wall mounted wash sink with two faucets – really like that one.
More Lovely Beach House Tours
I like the idea of the oscillating ceiling fan instead of the traditional ceiling fans. Lovin’ the wooden and rustic flooring.
Very cool copper stand alone bath tub in one of the bathrooms. Brick walls and tiles with the same color palette.
Reclaimed wooden flooring (looks like) and rustic wooden headboard are the ones noticeable in this bedroom. Cool coastal designed pillows on the bed, color kind of matches the headboard.
Paddle bench on the side with that seahorse decor above it are two of my faves in this room. Soft blue on the walls plus the semi-dark wooden headboard looks like home.
This is a view inside the carriage house. The coastal style living room with those wooden framed beach artworks. Love the reclaimed (looks like) wooden flooring.
Pronounced brick walls in this kitchen. Lovin the floating gray cabinets and that cute window in between. Gray cabinetry under and that small refrigerator look really good here.
Here’s the charming bedroom found in the carriage house. That green lamp shade on the white wooden nightstand looks perfect here. The coastal design pillows definitely add to the beach-y theme in this bedroom.
Here’s the outdoor fireplace with the heated pool. A relaxing place to just be with family and friends. If you have a lot of space around your house, this could be something to emulate. Love this area in the house.
