Kiawah Island SC Beach House Design Ideas
Picturesque beach house located in Kiawah Island, South Carolina. But if you ask me, I’m getting a ‘Nantucket’ vibe. Serene exterior look especially at night. Gotta love shingle style architecture.
Here’s a beach style living room with those neutral-colored sofas. The ceiling fan is from Woolen Mill Fan Company. Rustic look for the wooden center table. Interesting and huge carpet for the whole area.
Here’s the other side of that living room. Looks like one of those popular electric fireplaces. High white ceiling beams. Lovely artwork on above the fireplace. Vintage look for the console table behind the couch. (LIVING ROOM DECOR IDEAS)
Huge beach house kitchen. The lighting pendants above the reclaimed cypress island countertop are visually similar to a Hudson Valley Lighting Quinton Pendant. The kitchen countertop is oiled soapstone, which is an interesting mix of gray and black. (MORE COASTAL KITCHENS)

Here’s the beach house bathroom and I just have to say that the double sink thing going on is my favorite. Fancy door from TruStile, windows are from Tischler. The bathroom light fixture is similar to Hudson Valley Light Pendant.
Classic colors for the kids’ room with custom-made beds. Benjamin Moore Maritime White for the walls. Shades of blue all around. White lighting pendant at the heart of the room. Below would be the white and blue patterned ottoman. (BEACH THEMED BEDROOMS)
Stone outdoor fireplace located at the covered porch. Natural IPE decking. Woven wicker frames for the outdoor seating.
Love the roof overhangs. I think every beach house needs one. Natural IPE decking here, too. Warm and cozy lighting.
